Ship to shore communications are now quicker and easier than ever. Communications between your PurserPro and you are so easy that you quickly gain the impression that we are actually on board with you!
Of course it is important to have a good working relationship and all of our permanent support packages would include regular visits on board to ensure familiarity with the Captain, yacht and other crew members. A simple agreement is put in place between the Owning Company and PurserPro specifying the terms and conditions of the arrangement, what it includes and how much it will cost. Confidentiality is vital, as is protection of confidential information, so PurserPro build this vital element into all of our request for service agreements, you can rest assured knowing that we are professional pursers who are used to working in a confidential environment. To all intents and purposes, we are still a crew member and will be like just any other crew member - just not on board. We answer to the Captain and Owner's team and only with 3rd parties under their approval.All forms of media work for communication, we will decide on the best system to suit you.
This could include: Phone Email Skype Facetime Messenger etc…
We have a secure log on to the Yacht Server via the Yachts IT provider or We send files as attachments
You can send them the traditional way by mail/courier using our international accounts with the large courier companies, but it is quicker and easier if you can scan and send them through using your smartphone or scanner and we can compile them at our end.
We work off a standard set of templates so most tasks will be quick and easy. For complicated documents or special requests we would provide a quote prior starting work on something.
